Northern Mystics shooter Grace Nweke has earned her first call to the Silver Ferns.
Teen sensation Grace Nweke is one step closer to making her Silver Ferns debut.
Northern Mystics’ goal shoot has been included in New Zealand’s 15-man squad for this week’s Cadbury Netball Series at Palmerston North.
Nweke led the ANZ Premiership shooting statistics after scoring 471 goals for the Mystics during the 2020 campaign.
She is the only uncovered player on the team.

Recent Northern Stars signing Monica Falkner makes her long-awaited comeback after sustaining an anterior cruciate ligament injury at last year’s tournament.
“I hope the competition at this Cadbury Netball Series is the best it can be as we look ahead to name a team of 12 to face England later this month,” Taurua said.
Bailey Mes, Katrina Rore, and Temalisi Fakahokotau were deemed unavailable for selection due to injury management and medical reasons.
Captain Ameliaranne Ekenasio has been given the go-ahead after shaking off a complaint from Achilles.
