The Otautau man, Dale Watene, was found dead in Longwood Forest in Southland.
The woman charged with the murder of the Otautau Dale Watene man can now be named as Sandy Maree Graham.
Graham, 31, appeared via video link in Invercargill Superior Court on Tuesday, where the trial date was set for Aug.9, 2021.
A provisional removal order for the name had expired and she was not appealing it.
He had previously pleaded not guilty to murder.
A 23-year-old man is charged with being an accessory to Watene’s murder.

He had also previously pleaded not guilty.
Judge Gerald Nation also set his follow-up date for August 9, 2021.
The man’s defense attorney, Fiona Guy Kidd, said she had filed an appeal request against the lifting of the removal of the man’s name.
Because an appeal has been filed, it means that the man cannot be named.
Watene was last seen alive in Otautau, 25 miles northwest of Invercargill, on April 16, 2020.
That was the day after his 40th birthday.
Graham and the man were expected to reappear in court in February 2021.
