The Waka Kotahi NZ Transportation Agency reports that resurfacing work will be carried out at two sites in and around Tauranga during the week starting Sunday, September 13.
These works are part of the Waka Kotahi spring and summer road maintenance program, which will see repairs and reseals on state highways throughout the Bay of Plenty.
It will work at night to reduce the impact on motorists. Delays are expected and drivers are asked to be especially careful.
by SH29, between Soldiers Rd and Valley View Rd, Stop / Go traffic management will be in place between 7 pm and 6 am on the nights of Monday, September 14, and Tuesday, September 15.
by SH2 Takitimu Dr / 15th Ave exit ramp, to Lane closures will take place between 7:00 pm and 5:00 am on the nights of Wednesday, September 16 and Thursday, September 17.
There will be temporary speed limits of 30 km per hour during the works.
