Melissa Jones’s body was found near Lake Rotorua on October 18, 2019.
Police are calling for people who may have seen clothing worn by a Rotorua mother before she was found dead.
Melissa Jones, 25, was last seen in Rotorua on the weekend of September 7, 2019.
She was found dead on the shore of Lake Rotorua six weeks later, on October 18, 2019.
His family members later told him Stuff they believed she had been murdered.

In Police ten 7 On Thursday night, police said Jones was wearing black pants, a black mesh T-shirt and a red garment around the waist.
The clothing items have not been found and were not on Jones when they found her.
“Melissa was the mother of two young children, who want to know what happened to their mother,” Detective Sgt. Caroline Wharton said.
His death remains unexplained and the police need the public’s help to reconstruct his movements before his death.
“There are people in the community who will have information that could help us establish what happened to Melissa, and we need them to get in touch with us.”
