Alexie Navalny was ill on a flight from Siberia to Moscow two weeks ago and was later transferred to a hospital in Berlin.

A spokeswoman for German Chancellor Angela Merkel said the tests showed “evidence without doubt of a nerve chemical agent from the Novichok group.”

Peters said today that it raises “serious concerns.”
