Noel Leeming’s customers have filed a dozen complaints with the Commerce Commission since the retailer was warned about making delivery promises it could not deliver in December.
A spokeswoman for the commission said it has received 12 complaints related to non-delivery, delivery time and bait advertising from Noel Leeming since Dec. 16.
On that date, the commission issued an official warning to the retailer for selling products that it did not have in stock.
The warning came after an investigation into Noel Leeming for making unreasonable surrender statements during the Covid-19 crisis.
