National Party leader Judith Collins took to the bench tonight for a difficult interview on TVNZ’s Late Night Big Breakfast.

Presenters Leigh Hart and Jason Hoyte quickly regretted having the interview in the office seating and bar stool section of their Target furniture store studio in Auckland.
Problems with the swivel seats the three of them were sitting in quickly arose and Hart and Hoyte repeatedly needed to adjust their creaky chairs.
Collins played along in good humor and took it all in stride, even managing to get some of his political message across in the process.
Previously, Jacinda Ardern faced the Late Night Big Breakfast treatment when a drone drone derailed her interview.
