Jacinda Ardern rejects Karl Stefanovic’s plan to reclaim the All Blacks as Wallabies

The attempt by an Australian television personality to fuse the All Blacks into the Wallabies team has failed thanks to the quick wit of Jacinda Ardern.

Channel 9 Today co-host Karl Stefanovic suggested that the All Blacks would not have to miss Christmas Day with their families if they stayed in Australia, became citizens and joined the Wallabies after the Rugby Championship.

The Australia-based Rugby Championship draw has the All Blacks playing their final test against the Wallabies on December 12, meaning they won’t clear the administered isolation when they return to New Zealand until December 27.

New Zealand’s prime minister responded by saying she was surprised that Australia had taken until 2020 to attempt to reclaim the All Blacks.

“Well you’ve accepted so many other things, I’m surprised you haven’t claimed the All Blacks as your own yet,” he said on Channel 9’s Today.

Stefanovic suggested that Australia had already claimed Russell Crowe, Crowded House and Phar Lap, so catching the All Blacks could be acceptable to both countries.

“Pavlova, Crowded House, the list is long,” Ardern said.

In her appearance on Channel 9’s Today show, Ardern also confirmed that there are plans in place for a trans-Tasmanian travel bubble with Australia to give the All Blacks and their families some hope.

Earlier this week, Ardern reiterated that the quarantine rules will not be changed to allow the All Blacks to have Christmas with their families after the Rugby Championship in Australia.

New Zealand Rugby CEO Mark Robinson has said he is disappointed and surprised with Sanzaar’s schedule for the rugby championship and wants to work to find solutions that will prevent the All Blacks from missing Christmas with their families.

All Blacks bitch Dane Coles said Stuff this week the team objected to spending December 25 locked up in a hotel.

“It’s not ideal, we don’t want to spend Christmas in quarantine.”

All Blacks coach Ian Foster is not satisfied with the schedule and wants it to be fixed immediately and confirmed that remediation work is underway.

“There was an agreement based on day 5 [of December being the All Blacks’ final game], we believe that Sanzaar did not comply with that, so we have put some solutions [forward]So we’ll wait and see, ”Foster said.
