Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern has suggested that New Zealand children take some time this weekend to create their own Christmas card design for the annual government competition.
Writing to New Zealand parents on Instagram, the Prime Minister made a “last call for entries” for the Christmas card contest.
“A little garbage outside? Looking for something to entertain the little ones? I’m here to help! We are making one last call to enter our Christmas card design contest,” Ardern wrote, along with a photo that show some of the designs.
“Every year (since I took this job) I have asked children and youth to help me design the front of my Christmas card. We have already received tickets, but I would love to see even more,” said PM added.
