Sparke said he had just expanded his business and was looking to start employing people in the next two months. She added that she was eager to learn more at the employment presentation.
“The EMA guy who attended the class started by saying, ‘My first role was as a union organizer, but I soon realized that I didn’t want to work for the lazy people who need to be fired, so I started working for the employers.’ ,” she said.

O’Riley responded to Sparke on Twitter and said his comments on the presentation were important to the company.
“The EMA upholds good faith relationships in the workplace, we work alongside unions in various tripartite forums,” he said.
