NSW Health has issued alerts for public transport locations and routes in the heart of Sydney.

Among the affected locations are the David Jones store on Castlereagh St, Uniqlo in MidCity and the Kinokuniya bookstore on George St.

Police expect to issue notices of violation of sanctions to three other people: a 34-year-old man and a 36-year-old woman from Frenchs Forest and a 26-year-old man from Beacon Hill.

Police investigations continue. Doltone House has been contacted for comment.
