On Thursday, the Government announced that free Covid-19 vaccines will be available to the entire New Zealand population from mid-2021.

Two new agreements have been signed for two-dose vaccines: one for 7.6 million doses of the AstraZeneca vaccine, which will cover 3.8 million people; and another for 10.72 million doses of a Novovax vaccine, enough for 5.36 million people.
