Meliame Fisi’ihoi, 57, was shot and killed at her home in Calthorp Close, Favona, on January 15.
After reviewing the CCTV footage, the police have established that a particular vehicle is of interest to the investigation.
The vehicle is a black BMW 320i sedan and is a 2005-2009 model.

“The vehicle is seen traveling from Favona Road to James Fletcher Drive, passing the intersection with Savill Drive in Mangere,” police say.
“CCTV footage, captured just minutes after Ms. Fisi’ihoi’s shooting, shows this vehicle traveling at high speed towards Ōtāhuhu.”
Detective Sergeant Major Karen Bright says police are now looking for information from anyone who can help identify this particular vehicle.
“I have no doubt that there are people who will recognize this vehicle and know who was using it at the time of the murder. I urge you to do the right thing, come forward now and contact the Manukau County Police.
“We do not have the registration number, but the publication of this still photo of the CCTV images will be important for people who know the vehicle.
“This can also trigger suspicions from other people who know people connected to the vehicle.
“The team will not rest until we find those responsible for the senseless murder of a beloved mother,” says Bright.
The police encourage anyone with information related to Fisi’ihoi’s death to contact the police on 105 or provide information anonymously by calling Crime Stoppers on 0800 555 111.
