Auckland Boy, 12, Found After Police Call For Public Help

A missing young man in Auckland was found after police requested information on his whereabouts.

Aiden was reported missing from his St Heliers home yesterday.

Late at night, police said they had located him and were grateful for the public’s response.

“Safe location, thanks for all your help,” read a post on the Auckland City District Police Facebook page.

Yesterday, police sought the public’s help in finding the 12-year-old boy who disappeared from his home in Auckland Eastern Bays.

“His family and the police are concerned for his well-being and want to make sure he is safe, so they ask anyone who has seen him to contact the police immediately,” police said.

He was described as tall and slim with blonde hair and was last seen wearing jeans and a green hoodie with a black Nike backpack.

Anyone who had seen Aiden was urged to contact the police immediately at 105 and quote the file number: 201125/2102.
