Assassin’s Creed Valhalla confirms the next game set in Viking Age

The settings for the upcoming Assassin’s Creed video game were revealed on a live stream on Wednesday. Players head to the Viking Age in Assassin’s Creed Valhalla.

Ubisoft presented a live broadcast of almost 4 hours long Artist BossLogic working on a piece of art that slowly revealed the game settings. We had early glimpses of a frozen sea and we fought under a castle, with the final scene dominated by a figure dressed in furs and holding a large ax.

The first trailer for Assassin’s Creed Valhalla will be revealed Thursday at 8 a.m. PT / 11 a.m. ET.

The Assassin’s Creed franchise is an action-adventure series by Ubisoft about a sect of robed assassins fighting a group called the Templars throughout history.

This new release will follow those of 2018 Assassin’s Creed Odyssey.
