Michael Jordan was not the only one with a shrug game.

As the United States devoured the latest episodes of The last Dance, available on Netflix in New Zealand, a security guard shaking an impressive mullet stole the show from the best player the NBA has ever seen.

The documentary series, which follows Jordan’s last season with the Chicago Bulls (1997/98) in his sixth championship of the decade, found a new hero in episode six, one of the security guards of the basketball legend.

Viewers quickly introduce themselves to the Bulls’ security team early in the series, but only in the most recent episode does one of them really make their mark.

Jordan’s love of the game coincided with his love of basketball. More than anything, he loved to win and desperately wanted to win when he challenged a security guard before a home game at the United Center.

Jordan bet $ 20 and could flip a coin closer to the wall with one shot than a security guard in four attempts.

With his only throw, Jordan landed his room a few inches from the wall. But forget four attempts, the security guard only needed one to improve the GOAT effort and win $ 20.

But it was his reaction to winning that sparked the Internet.

Jordan, not known for his shots from outside the arc, shrugged as he jogged across the court after landing his sixth triple in Game 1 of the 1992 NBA Finals against the Portland Trail Blazers.

The brave security guard thought he would imitate Jordan’s iconic pose, and the Internet went wild.
