Warriors prostitute Nathaniel Roache has been stranded in New Zealand, unable to take the team’s charter flight to Australia after feeling unwell.

The Warriors set out for the town of Tamworth in northeast New South Wales on Sunday afternoon, where they will spend their 14-day period of isolation prior to the resumption of the National Rugby League season on May 28. .

Roache did not travel to Auckland airport on Sunday after she woke up feeling unwell in the morning and failed the screening test.

Wing David Fusitu’a also did not travel with the team for family reasons, which the club has known for some time. He will join the team in a week.

“Nate called the club first thing in the morning saying he was not feeling well,” said Warriors chief executive Cameron George.

“He was instructed to get tested immediately and told not to report to the airport, as he would not be traveling with the team.

“We are fully satisfied that Nate has not had contact with any other players or staff members at the club for several weeks, and we are very comfortable that we have followed all the policies and requirements.”

Losing the plane is another disappointment for Roache, who has had an injury-ridden moment with the Warriors since his NRL debut in 2016.

The 24-year-old suffered a torn anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) last June against Penrith. He also tore his Achilles in 2017 before staying out the entire 2018 season after undergoing back surgery.
