Air New Zealand’s limited international hours will remain in effect until at least June 30, the airline says.
The airline has announced the extension of its international Covid-19 schedule for the period from April to June, in response to current travel restrictions and low passenger demand.
The program aims to keep air connections open for essential travel and cargo movement on key trade routes.
Air New Zealand’s general manager of networks, Scott Carr, said that publishing the calendar would give customers confidence that the flights they see on the website now are the flights the airline hopes to be able to operate.

“It will be much more difficult for us to be able to predict that. But we will have schedules that reflect what we expect to operate, and that will be in the next two to three weeks. “
The airline’s customer service team was supporting those affected by the changes, while customers booked through a travel agent or third-party website should speak with their agent.
