The 22-year-old woman appeared in Auckland District Court today flanked by two police officers accused of threatening to harm people or property.
In that charge, the police claim that they threatened to commit an attack with firearms and explosives against the graduation ceremonies.
The charge further claims that this is alleged to have been of “a greater magnitude than the Christchurch mosque massacres of March 15, 2019.”

The woman’s parents were in court and her mother appeared to start crying when her daughter appeared.
Much of today’s hearing concerned bail that cannot be reported.
The woman has been granted provisional name suppression and must surrender her passport, reside at her parents’ home 24 hours a day, unless she is going to a medical appointment, and one of her parents must be with her at all times.
