The shooting incident is the fourth of its kind since Friday, where a firearm was fired at a home in Auckland.
Another house in south Auckland has been shot at, within hours of two similar incidents in West Auckland and Ōtara.
Police said they received a report of a firearm being fired at a property on Bairds Rd in Ōtara, south of Auckland, around 10:05 p.m. Saturday.
No one was injured and the alleged perpetrators left the scene in a vehicle shortly after.
It was the third such shooting on Saturday and the fifth since Friday.

A few hours earlier, at 5:20 pm, the police received a similar report on Archibald St in Kelston, West Auckland.
A man is believed to have fired a firearm and police said their investigations into the circumstances are still ongoing.
Earlier in the day, at 2.24pm, police attended a shooting on Preston Rd in Ōtara.
Police could not confirm whether the three incidents on Saturday had any connection to the previous shootings in south Auckland, but they were following this closely with their investigation.
At around 5 p.m. Friday, several houses were shot and cars wrecked as tensions between the gangs spilled over into the corner of Capstick and Ivons Rd.
One of the houses is understood to be a vase for the Tribesman gang.
Armed police were visible outside the Preston Rd property and police said they would increase their presence in the area as they investigate.
“We recognize that this type of incident is of concern to our community and we take these reports very seriously,” a police spokesman said Saturday.
One person sustained minor, unrelated injuries and did not need medical attention.
