A man has been accused of murdering a Kiwi firefighter in New South Wales two years ago.
The body of Ian Pullen, 43, was found on the side of the road in Glenridding, shortly after 5:30 a.m. on September 29, 2018.
A 29-year-old man was arrested at the Newcastle Police Station around 10am today.
and charged with manslaughter, dangerous driving resulting in death and not stopping or assisting after vehicle impact causing death.

He was placed in pre-trial detention to appear in Newcastle Local Court today.
Pullen had come to the Hunter Region to help fight the wildfires.
The police launched numerous public appeals regarding the circumstances of his death and say the investigation is ongoing.
