Kellyanne Conway, until recently Donald Trump’s senior adviser, has become the last person in the orbit of the president of the United States to test positive for the coronavirus.
Conway revealed his diagnosis on Twitter today.
“I tested positive for Covid-19. My symptoms are mild (mild cough) and I feel fine. I have started a quarantine process in consultation with doctors,” he said.
“As always, my heart goes out to all those affected by this global pandemic.”
“It’s heartbreaking that he’s continuing down that path after years of watching his children suffer. Selfish. It’s about money and fame, ladies and gentlemen.
“As for my father, politically, we disagree on absolutely nothing. It turns out that we both have common sense when it comes to our current president. Stop ‘supporting’ him.”
Kellyanne Conway ended up speaking at the convention, where she praised the president for taking “unprecedented steps” to combat America’s drug crisis.
“He told me, ‘This is very important, Kellyanne. So many lives have been ruined by addiction, and we won’t even know, because people are ashamed to ask for help and don’t even know who to turn to.’ ‘”Conway said, recounting a particularly moving conversation with his boss.
“Instead of looking the other way, President Trump looked directly at this drug crisis next door.”
