Adele has shown her new look in a series of snapshots celebrating the birthday of a famous friend.
The British singer took to Instagram to post hilarious photos and videos of her friendship with Nicole Richie, who recently turned 39.
The generally private artist has wowed fans this year with her posts on social media, where she has showcased her weight loss. This post is no different, with Adele looking confident and as sassy as ever.
“Happy belated birthday to my daily dose of grace @nicolerichie, I admire and love you very much,” Adele shared with the Instagram post.
“You are the epitome of self-preservation, self-love, and utter savagery! You are so appreciated by so many angel girls! Keep making us laugh girls, we adore you to the moon and beyond.”
Adele’s latest post comes after the last image she shared sparked accusations of cultural appropriation.
In the photo, the singer is wearing leggings paired with a bikini top and a gold necklace, revealing her toned stomach.
“Happy what would be the Notting Hill Carnival my beloved London,” he captioned the image.
The star has reportedly lost up to 45kg, first debuting her slim look at Drake’s birthday party last October.
According to The Sun, Adele has devoted herself to the reformer Pilates. She reportedly hired coach to the stars Camilla Goodis, who has worked with Robbie Williams and her wife Ayda Field.
In addition to her new exercise regimen, Adele is also on the Sirtfood diet.
The eating plan originated in the UK and was started by nutritionists Aidan Goggins and Glen Matten, according to the NY Post.
Marie Claire magazine reports that the diet involves eating foods “rich in sirtuin activators,” including apples, walnuts, kale, red onion, citrus, and strawberries.
The diet involves a two week plan that increases foods rich in Sirtfood and drinks green juices, and after that, there is no set eating plan. The general idea is to keep increasing your food intake.
Whatever the secret to Adele’s new look, she has always radiated confidence and fans will hope the new music isn’t too far off.
