A bit of news for you: A new Metal Slug game is in the works and is coming to mobile devices.
TiMi Studios, a subsidiary of Tencent Games, has announced an yet to be named mobile game for Metallic Slug franchise.
Currently going through Metal Slug: Code J, the game is in development through a partnership with SNK Games.
No additional information was provided, but a progress preview is shown below.
Originally developed for Neo-Geo arcade machines and home consoles, the Metal Slug series was first released in 1996.
