Rapper Badshah got into trouble after Mumbai police claimed he paid Rs 72 lakh for false displays on one of his songs. As per reports, Badshah wanted to set a record for most views in 24 hours for his song ‘Paagal’ which will be released in July 2019. As per police, Badshah has announced that he is spending a hefty Rs 72 lakh for 7.2 crore views around the recording. However, the rapper has categorically denied all these allegations, saying he is collaborating with officials who are following this fake fake scam of social media.

For the unversed, the scam was first exposed by Bollywood playback singer Bhumi Trivedi who last filed a complaint. A few weeks ago, Mumbai police had also called host and actor Gaurav Kapur and RJ Roshan Abbas in connection with the scam.

I assisted the officials in their investigation by cooperating and the due diligence on my part. “I have all categorically denied the allegations against me and made it clear that I was never involved in such practices, nor do I condone them.”
