After months of rumors and retailer listings, the app will finally be lifted. Speed Requirement: Hot Pursuit Remaster. This remaster (based on the 2010 release of Criteria) is handled by Stellar Entertainment – previously responsible Burnout Paradise Remaster.
The good news is that it has been confirmed for the Nintendo Switch, but the downside is that it’s not coming until November 13th. That’s a week after the game’s release on Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC. Its price. 39.99 USD (or your regional equivalent).

The need for Speed Hot Pursuit Remaster has been upgraded with today’s pay generation hardware enhanced visuals. The Nintendo Switch version runs at 720p / 30 fps in decoded mode (720p / 30 fps undocked) and includes high-resolution models, more objects, bags and props, longer distances, higher resolution shadows, and improved videos.
