Montana health officials reported 43 new COVID-19 cases Monday, according to the Montana Response COVID-19 tracking map.
Flathead County had the highest number of new cases with 15, followed by Yellowstone County with 11. Big Horn County added 10 new cases. The remaining new cases were spread across six Montana counties.

No new deaths were reported and the state emergency rate stands at 82. There are currently 94 people hospitalized for treatment of the virus.
The cumulative total number of coronavirus cases in the state since the pandemic began is now 5,792. There were 4,162 repairs and there are now 1,548 active cases.
Yellowstone County still has the most active cases with 648. Big Horn County has 231 active cases, and Missoula County has 85. Flathead County has 84 active cases.
A total of 204,725 tests were completed in the state, an increase of 2,801 in the previous 24-hour reporting.
