The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are said to have been in the fly-on-the-wall Netflix reality series for three months with the camera.
According to a source, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle hope to ‘give people a glimpse into their lives and see all the charitable work they do’.
It comes after the royal couple signed a 2 112 million Netflix deal to create TV series, movies and children’s shows for streaming service.
Harry and Meghan will be followed for three months, but it’s not clear if cameras will be allowed at their home in Montecito, California.

‘It will all be very tasty, and not Katie Price and Peter Andre-style reality TV, but they want to give people a glimpse into their lives and see the charity work they do.’
According to the source, most of the series will be about what they get behind closed doors rather than their constitutional function.
But they added: ‘It will still be an interesting insight and Meghan hopes viewers will see her in real terms.’
Ingrid Severd, editor of Majesty Magazine, said the couple was “hypocritical” for agreeing on a series of realities after Yukit left the UK for greater secrecy. It’s phenomenal. This is exactly what they said they would not do, ‘he said.
And PR executive Mark Borkowski told The Sun: ‘Viewers will be interested in seeing what they do but there needs to be honesty. They have a great plan and they are doing it. They are doing all this on their own terms. ‘

Netflix has said it already has several development projects but declined to give further details about the new series.

Reed Hastings said the couple was ‘smart’ in ‘buying’ their program-making talent around ‘all the big companies’ before signing up with Netflix.
Mr Hastings dismissed critics as saying the former Royals’ desire to create “effective content” unlocked the action would be good entertainment.
He told the American news channel CNBC: ‘It’s becoming epic entertainment. I am very excited about that deal.
‘They’re smart, they were buying it in all the big companies and I think we really kept up with the best complete package.
‘We’re going to have a wide range of entertainment with them. I can’t tell you about it right now except for it at the moment, but I think it will be some exciting, most viewed stuff next year. ‘
It is understood the couple may have appeared on camera in their documentary but Meghan – who was starring in a legal drama suit when she met Harry – is said to have made it clear that she has no plans to return to acting.

Asked about the subject, Mr Hastings said: ‘The real focus for them is on the producer and the building capacity.
‘That’s the main thing. They have developed a big eye for the story and we will work with them on that basis. ‘
The lucrative deal already appears to have helped the couple break up with the Royal Family, as it was announced that they had reimbursed taxpayers the full 2.4 million used to renovate their Windsor home, Fragmore Cottage.
Last week, the Duke and Duchess were accused of ‘putting the line too high’ after a thin swipe on Donald Trump, as they urged Americans to go out and vote in the next election.
