Megan Thee Stallion has a plan to help her classmates find jobs


The rap industry is rather male dominated. However, Megan Thee Stallion is working to change that.

She has quickly become the talk of the rap industry and serves as an inspiration to other women with a dream of being faster. Fans love Stallion for their unique style, fun dance moves and crazy rap skills.

Despite her busy music career, Stallion makes completing her university degree still a priority.

Megan Thee Stallion was born Megan Javon Ruth Pete and is from Houston, Texas. The 25-year-old American rapper is making her mark on the sector. The world first took notice of the up-and-coming rapper with their viral freestyle rap on Drake’s “4 pm in Calabasas.”

Then paid off her years of freestyle performances in 2018 with her first Billboard hit-topping hit “Big Ole Freak,” which brought her widespread attention. Now, Stallion is considered one of the hottest rappers with other hits, including her recent collaboration with Beyoncé, “Savage Remix.”

Her strong-willed mindset and admirable work ethic she attributes to being around generations of powerful women will help her do amazing things. In an interview with People, Stallion reminds him: ‘I’ve always seen strong women working it out, so I’ve always wanted the same ride as the women in my family. I know I get a lot of my strength from my mom and from both grandmothers. ”

With the release of their EP Suck earlier this year you would think she would not have had time to focus on her bachelor’s degree in health administration. However, the rapper continues to take courses at Texas Southern University.

With the rapid rise of her success, she is now only going part-time with a full online schedule alone. She hopes to complete her coursework by next year and plans to hold an over-the-top graduation party. A promise to her late mother and grandmother gives her the drive needed to complete her degree. Megan Thee Stallion’s mother, Holly Thomas, has been an inspiration to the star in both her educational and rap career.

Thomas was also a rapper and died in 2019, after battling brain cancer. Thomas and her grandmother, whom she refers to as ‘great mama’, both passed away within a short time, but were able to see Megan go to college before her death. Therefore, she wants to get her degree to make her proud.

Also, as she revealed in an interview with People, her living grandmother used to be a teacher, so Stallion says, ‘She’s on my ass about finishing school. I do it for myself, but I also do it for the women in my family who made me who I am today. ”

During the same interview, Megan Thee Stallion offered this advice to encourage students around the country, ‘College is a lot of stress. You can not let that go [GPA] number discourage you. She went on to say, “You’ve worked hard enough to finish school, so I know you can work hard enough to accomplish what your next goal in life is.”

After graduating, Stallion wants to help classmates get jobs in the Houston area by opening an assisted living facility with the money she earns from rushing.

She knows how difficult it is to get a job after college, and thinks it would be ‘super easy’ for her classmates to get a job there. During an interview with Billboard, Stallion reiterates her plans to help her community while still pursuing her fast-paced passion.

‘I knew I did not want a nurse. And once I started becoming super popular with my music, I knew I probably would not go to medical school. And then blood makes me a little spicy, that I was, I do not want to touch anyone. But I want to run the hospital. I do not want to do the dirty work, but I absolutely want to get it there for people to help others. ‘
