Marilyn Manson announces new album WE ARE CHAOS, shares video for new song

Marilyn Manson has announced a new album titled WE ARE CHAOS. The LP, co-produced by Manson and Shooter Jennings, arrives on September 11 through Loma Vista. Manson has also shared a music video for the title track, which was directed, photographed, and edited by Matt Mahurin. That’s it down below.

“When I listen WE ARE CHAOS now, it seems like yesterday or as if the world were repeating itself, as always, making the title track and stories look like we wrote them today, “Manson said of the new album in a press release. He continued:

This was recorded until its completion without anyone listening until it was finished. There is definitely a side A and a side B in the traditional sense. But like an LP, it is a flat circle and it is up to the listener to put the last piece of the puzzle in the song image.

This concept album is the Mirror Shooter I built for the listener, it’s the one we won’t look at. There are so many rooms, closets, safes, and drawers. But in the soul or in your museum of memories, the worst are always the mirrors. Fragments and splinters of ghosts haunted me when I wrote most of these letters.

When making this album, I had to think to myself: “Tame your madness, sew your suit. And try to pretend that you are not an animal ”, but I knew that humanity is the worst of all. Doing mercy is like doing murder. Tears are the greatest export of the human body.

WE ARE CHAOS marks Manson’s eleventh studio album. His last LP was 2017 Upside down sky. The cover of WE ARE CHAOS It was painted by Manson.
