Having trouble playing YouTube videos this morning? You are not alone and it seems YouTube is having some glitches right now.
At the time of writing, we can still load the YouTube desktop website, and we can still browse and search for videos on the YouTube app. However, when you try to press the play button, it doesn’t seem to load. Eventually, you will see an error message as shown above.
YouTube is aware of the problem and has recognized the problem On twitter. According to the video streaming platform, they are working on a solution asap.
According to downdetector, there is a flurry of new YouTube complaints as of 8am this morning. Most of the complaints come from the US and Europe according to the live outage map.
