Xiaomi officially launched the Xiaomi Mi 10T series. This is the company’s new affordable flagship line, and it succeeds its popular Mi 9T series, so there’s a lot on its shoulders. Here is everything you need to know.
Price and availability
Only a variant of the Xiaomi Mi 10T Pro will be available in Malaysia. It will come with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage and will be priced at RM1,999. The phone will come with a 24-month warranty plus a 6-month screen protection warranty. Xiaomi’s Mi 10T, on the other hand, will come with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. This device will be priced at RM1,699.
Both devices will be available in all authorized Mi Stores and online at Lazada. Also, each Xiaomi Mi 10T series smartphone will come with 6 months Netflix Mobile subscription so you can watch it on your phone for free.
Mi 10T and Mi 10T Pro specifications
Xiaomi’s Mi 10T and Mi 10T Pro are quite similar smartphones. Both devices come with 6.67 ″ Full HD + LCD displays that feature an astonishing 144Hz refresh rate. In addition to that, the display also features Xiaomi’s new AdaptiveSync technology that will allow the phone to adapt its refresh rate to what is displayed on the screen. There is also a small hole in the top corner of the smartphone that houses a 20MP selfie shooter.
Inside, both devices are powered by a Snapdragon 865 5G processor, with a massive 5,000 mAh battery that keeps the lights on. The phone also supports 33W fast charging through a USB-C port.
The biggest difference between the two phones lies in their camera system. While both devices include triple camera systems with a 13MP ultra-wide camera and a 5MP macro camera, their main wide cameras are different. The Mi 10T features a 64MP sensor, while the Mi 10T Pro will come with a 108MP sensor.
Other features include stereo speakers, an infrared emitter, as well as a glass and metal body. In fact, both the front and rear panels, as well as the glass over the camera lens, are protected by Corning’s Gorilla Glass 5.
Unfortunately, Xiaomi Malaysia did not reveal any information about the Xiaomi Mi 10T Lite, but we will update it if you tell us about it.
