Let’s start with some context. 1More is an audio company that was started in 2014 by three former Foxconn executives, supposedly with the goal of challenging Beats headphones in the global marketplace. The official site mentions that investors include Xiaomi, although a representative has confirmed that 1More now operates as an independent brand.
Now the audio company is expanding its horizons into the Malaysian market with three headphone offerings. All the products that we discuss in this article are now available in the official 1MORE Lazada store, with the following prices:

Now, let’s break things down for each model.
1 PLUS True Wireless ANC in-ear headphones
First up, there’s the flagship offering of the range, the 1More True Wireless ANC In-Ear Headphones. A price of RM699 puts them on the higher end of the spectrum, and the paper specs certainly match this. You get Qi wireless charging, touch controls, and even physical buttons, while the earbuds feature 1More’s QuietMax technology, which is the company’s technology, based on ANC (Active Noise Cancellation).
There are actually two levels of ANC here, with dual ANC mics and the dedicated DSP working in tandem to block out ambient noise effectively. The headphones, meanwhile, are also THX certified, with promising 1More low distortion and balanced overall sound that is supposed to reproduce music “the way the artist intended.”
Battery life is about the same in 2020, with six hours of playtime with ANC off, though this drops to five hours with ANC on. If you include additional charges through the charging case, you’re seeing 22 hours of playtime with ANC off. When it runs out, you can charge the earbuds from 0 to 100 percent in two hours, although wireless charging will definitely take longer.
I had a chance to test these headphones and from the first impression, they sound pretty good. The staging is decent, ANC is effective at blocking ambient noise (but still not quite as good as something like the AirPods Pro), and overall they sound good, but not very good. 1MORE Dual Driver ANC Pro Wireless Headphones
Going down a notch, the 1More Dual Driver ANC Pro Wireless Headphones are priced at RM599. You still get active noise cancellation (two levels too), along with dual drivers offering “High Resolution Certified Sound” for AAC and LDAC compatibility.
These are not TWS headphones, and both headphones are connected to a neckband, where you will charge the headphones. You get impressive battery life here though, with 20 hours of use on a single charge (ANC off), while 10 minutes of charging should get you an additional three hours of use. Another thing that it’s outperforming with the TWS option is IPX5 water resistance, which means it should be able to withstand splashes and light rain.
Finally, 1More promises Wind Noise Resistance (WNR), which is based on ANC by suppressing win noise in the microphones. All of this is supposedly in the name of offering an “immersive” listening experience.
1More ColorBuds True Wireless In-ear Headphones
The most affordable model in the series comes in four colors: Midnight Black, Twilight Gold, Sakura Pink, Y Mint green. However, you miss out on features like ANC, priced at just RM299. What you do Get instead is “Ambient Noise Cancellation”, which uses four microphones to improve the quality of voice calls.
According to 1More, these still offer “great sound, convenient controls, and portability,” while also getting IPX5 water resistance that will protect you from splashes and light rain.
Other specs include aptX and AAC support, along with auto-pause / play and auto-pairing features. For battery life, you’re looking for six hours of use on a single charge and 22 hours total, including the portable charging case. Meanwhile, 15 minutes of charging should provide enough power for two hours of use.
