BUSINESS

Supreme Cold Storage Sdn Bhd, Supreme Food Supply (M) Sdn Bhd and Supreme Transportation Sdn Bhd, Kuching, Sarawak

The company said it has carried out sanitation work in its facilities, offices, warehouses and common areas after an employee tested positive for Covid-19.

The employee tested positive on October 27.

All staff will be screened at a private hospital today and tomorrow, it said in a notice.


EMBASSIES

– Embassy of Japan, Persiaran Stonor, Kuala Lumpur

A Malaysian staff at the embassy tested positive for Covid-19 on Oct. 25 but was asymptomatic, the embassy said in a notice on its website.

The staff member had no close contact with Japanese residents, officials and other visitors to the embassy, ​​he said.

He added that steps have been taken to curb the spread of the infection at the embassy.
