RESIDENTIAL AREAS

– Sungai Salleh, Serdang, Kedah

The Bandar Baharu district health office said on Facebook that there has been a confirmed case of Covid-19 in this area.

– Jalan Merbau, Serdang, Kedah

The Bandar Baharu District Health Office posted on Facebook that a Covid-19 case was detected here.


PLACES OF WORSHIP

– Kampung Lingkubang Church, Kota Belud, Sabah

The Kota Belud District Health Office sent out a notice urging those who attended the church on December 25 to report to the Kampung Lingkubang hall, near SK Kebayau School, on January 3 from 9:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. 30 am


BUSINESS

– Jaya Grocer, KL East Mall, Kuala Lumpur

Jaya Grocer’s management said they discovered that an outsourced security guard for their KL East Mall branch had tested positive for Covid-19 on January 2, after routine tests.

The outsourced security guard has not been at the branch since December 31 and does not share a shelter with other Jaya Grocer staff.

The KL East Mall branch will be closed on January 3 until further notice for disinfection and deep cleaning reasons.

– Village Grocer, Sunsuria Forum, Setia Alam

Village Grocer management said one of their staff members at the Sunsuria Forum branch had tested positive for Covid-19 on January 2.

Disinfection and deep cleaning were carried out on January 2, and all personnel identified as close contacts will undergo swab testing.


RESIDENCES

– Serai Apartment, Bukit Bandaraya, Kuala Lumpur

The administration confirmed in a notice dated Jan.2 that a resident of Block B tested positive for Covid-19.

The affected floors and common areas have been disinfected.

– Casa Green Condominium, Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur

A Block A resident tested positive for Covid-19, management said in a Jan.2 notice.

Sanitation will take place in all common areas.

– The Mines Heritage Apartment, Seri Kembangan, Selangor

Management confirmed in a notice dated December 31 that a resident of Block A had tested positive for Covid-19.

As such, the administration office will be closed until January 7.

All common areas will be disinfected.
