On mobile customers may find it difficult to use the service of the telecommunications company at this time. The service interruption was revealed by disgruntled customers of the telecommunications company through social media.

based on the tweets and Facebook posts from customers, it looked like they had started to face connectivity issues for a few hours. According to these customers, the U Mobile connection appeared to have completely disappeared, as indicated by the “No service “ or “Just SOSState on their phones.

Since U Mobile did not make any official announcements about it, the true nature of the outage is not yet known. However, it has acknowledged the interruption in some of the responses to customers, although the telecommunications company did not provide recovery time in those responses.

In response to a customer at 9:29 pm, U Mobile’s customer service agent stated that the estimated recovery time at this time is 4 hours:

Based on that answer, that means the problem needs to be corrected before 1:30 AM. M. However, in another tweet at 9:45 pm, the telecommunications company claimed that it has managed to restore its services to normal:

Since U Mobile has yet to provide a proper official statement regarding the outages its customers are experiencing, we are not so sure of the accuracy of the status updates provided by the telco’s customer service agents.
So, if you are one of those U Mobile customers who are affected by downtime, try rebooting your device every now and then and see if that would get you back on the network or otherwise.
