“We brought an English Springer Spaniel or ESS, a dog trained to locate bodies. I reported to Operations Commander Ahmad Mukhlis Moktar and was briefed on the search area at 9 am on August 10,” he said.

“We started the search from an Indian temple in the direction of a water plant, the place where someone is said to have disappeared while swimming.

“From when we started until we stopped, there was no positive reaction from the dog. They asked us to look for any trace of a body in the area,” he said, adding that his team’s service was only required for one day. .

Earlier, the 15th witness, Lance Corporal Sylvester Kirinus, 31, who works with the Bukit Aman K9 Unit, said that a German shepherd dog used on August 4, the first day the missing dog was reported. Nora Anne, did not reveal any clues.

The investigation is scheduled to continue on October 2, with two witnesses from the department’s K9 Unit scheduled to testify.
