Anwar can live without becoming prime minister: Australian report
Anonymous_1543386425: I hope that supporters of Pakatan Harapan give the coalition a second chance to plan the new Malaysia, from which PKR leader Anwar Ibrahim could help with his guidance and experience.
Anwar should spearhead Harapan’s load on GE15 and earn his right to be PM. Harapan must take control of Putrajaya and plan our way out of the current crisis and account for all the money spent.
Government-linked companies (GLCs) must be in competent hands and not be used as an ATM for parliamentarians.
Just plan for everyone, but don’t please those who didn’t vote for Harapan. The Harapan manifesto would eventually benefit them and their eyes would open and welcome Harapan.

After spending twice in jail and now forced to run a broken party, lie to me and betray me, I wouldn’t blame him if he turned down the seat.
The PM position now requires a person who has no soul, who is willing to trade the demon and, of course, become one.
After 20 years of difficulties, twists and turns, hopes and despair, I don’t think he is willing to become the demon that awaits.

You have to ask yourself what you want. Or should you think of yourself as a mentor leader and start preparing the next generation of leaders?
If there was a weakness in PKR, it was always his leadership that appears to be a one-man gang. Even when he was incarcerated, his wife, Dr. Wan Azizah Wan Ismail, was only doing substitute work for him and, to be fair, he was no match for the intriguing Azmin Ali who reached the bases much deeper than anyone else.
Now that PKR’s leadership is decimated, it seems like an opportune time to reshape the country’s politics through its future leaders.
Anwar’s daughter Nurul Izzah, Fahmi Fadzil, P Prabakaran, Fuziah Salleh, and Wong Chen, among others, there is clearly no shortage of talent on the bench. They just have to be guided, guided and properly prepared.
DAP will always be hampered by the 3R narrative (race, religion, and royalty), though its bank of future leaders is also going strong with Hannah Yeoh, Teo Bee Yin, Syahredzan Johan, Zairil Khir Johari, and Kasthuri Patto, among others.
Meanwhile, Amanah needs to find her own Islamic narrative to counter PAS’s. I see no better role for Anwar than as spiritual leader and guiding light for Harapan.
The analyzer: Anwar’s role as a possible prime minister has always been an academic issue since former prime minister Dr. Mahathir Mohamad re-entered politics. But the real question is: What value does Anwar have for Malaysia? The answer is none.
What does he bring to politics? We know for sure that it will bring greater Islamization and there its promise ends.
He is not a leader, his reforms are an empty slogan. We have no idea of his vision for Malaysia. We have no idea what direction it will take, absolutely none.
But we do know that he is a terribly bad decision maker. We know that it is easily influenced, even if it is only for a short time.
We know that his charisma has vanished. We know that, like so many of Harapan, that when required to act, it does not meet expectations.
Basically he doesn’t even have the qualities to be an MP, he just leaves a PM.
Aegis: What value can Mahathir, Muhyiddin Yassin or Najib Abdul Razak bring? Not only nothing, they bring disaster.
Are they smart and capable? No. Are they hungry for power? Yes. Will they betray the people they trust to benefit? Yes.
Anwar is not perfect, but at least he has more principles. And he has a team that is willing to work with him to move Malaysia forward and put Malaysia first.
Anwar should not give up. His speech may not be as hot as before, but he is still the best man to lead the reform.
Umno is afraid of him and his reform agenda. Umno has been talking it wrong for the last 20 years.
His opponents have been saying he is desperate to be PM, but we are now clear on who the desperate and greedy traitors are. Life works in mysterious ways; you never know what it will bring. Keep fighting.

For Anwar, his political journey was supposed to be a classic Hollywood script. A political figure who survived a series of political assassinations, espionage, imprisonment, public humiliation, torture, to become the eighth Prime Minister of Malaysia.
Unfortunately, all hopes turned to dust on February 23 when the entire Harapan coalition collapsed.
This is the price Anwar has to pay for not listening to his own daughter’s advice. Anwar’s only hope now is that her daughter will one day become a PM.
Fair play: Perhaps Anwar is being viewed by the Malays as the most sensible politician who is capable of letting go and seeing reality as reality really is.
When a man has made peace with himself, he is able to make peace with the world.
Anwar’s dream is to be PM. But he knows that he may not be able to achieve that goal. And he has accepted it based on the reality of the situation.
But that doesn’t stop you from dreaming, does it? Do you dislike those who leave this world with their dreams unfulfilled? I do not.
Hood: When you don’t act desperate and let go of what you want most, the universal forces conspire to bring you even faster.
Anwar, now that you are in a relaxed state of mind and setting aside your desire to be PM, don’t be surprised that you can become one because of a twist of fate or because karma decides to hit those who betrayed the people’s mandate.
