Kalaichelvan was alleged to have committed all the crimes on the Kajang-Seremban Expressway at 2.10 pm on May 3.

The court allowed him a bond of RM20,000 with a guarantee and set June 18 for a new mention.

In magistrates court, the businessman also pleaded not guilty to another charge of challenging the Movement Control Order the same day and at the same time and place.
