Yesterday, the GSC cinema chain made the surprising announcement to allow you to rent a movie theater for games. Not long after, it seems that its main competition TGV has announced something similar. And there are quite a few similarities between them.

To get started, the TGV deal starts with the Master package, which gives you three hours of movie theater for RM180. Then there’s the Epic set, which offers the same three hours plus five regular Popcorn Combos. And finally there’s the Legend package, giving you four hours with the movie theater and five sets of regular popcorn combos or hot food combos. Additional hours cost RM50 for each hour.
However, in its Facebook ad, TGV promotes games on the big screen starting at “RM9 / pax”, suggesting that each package can accommodate 20 people. And on top of all that, the company is also giving those who reserve the room a chance to win a PS4. This chance to win the console will last until November 30.
That said, the post did not come with detailed terms and conditions unlike GSC, so it keeps many of its details close to its chest. If you are interested, you should contact the company for more information about the rental of the movie theater and the contest in question.
