This season a regular theme unfolded in Chelsea after every lackluster performance: Frank Lampard playing the lack of creativity in his attack.

Chelsea could dictate negotiations for this deal, and would probably not pay more than £ 60 million for Coutinho, around £ 80 million less than Barcelona spent to bring him from Liverpool in 2018.

Chelsea are in the perfect position to sign Coutinho, with the “Little Wizard” desperate to return to the Premier League, according to reports.
