Samsung has been very quiet about its upcoming flagship Galaxy S21 models, which are rumored to launch in January 2021. In fact, the company has yet to confirm the name of the series, much less its design and specifications. Despite the abundance of leaks already spilling details about the phones, it appears the Korean giant is sticking to its schedule and preparing to finally show the world an official glimpse of its next-gen flagships. This will be done through three teaser videos for each model, all of which, ironically, have been leaked to the public earlier than planned.

This is credited to leaker Max Weinbach via Android Police, who somehow acquired the aforementioned promotional reels prior to the intended retail launch. All three videos apparently confirm the previously filtered designs of the Standard, Plus and Ultra variants of the Samsung Galaxy S21, while simultaneously featuring the series-exclusive Phantom Violet color scheme. It is also worth noting that the Ultra variant is revealed as the only model in the series to feature a curved screen, as opposed to previous generations that used it as one of their main selling points.

In addition to the videos, Weinbach also revealed the camera specs for the three phones that support claims from a previous leak that we shared. a few days before. Like the details revealed by Sakitech and Ice Universe, the Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra is said to feature a quad-camera setup consisting of a 108MP primary sensor, 10MP 10X telephoto, 12MP ultra-wide, and a secondary telephoto lens with a 10MP sensor with 3X zoom capability. Alongside the four cameras is a flash module and a laser autofocus system in place of a TOF sensor previously featured on the Galaxy S20 Ultra.

Meanwhile, the Standard and Plus versions of the Galaxy S21 feature the same triple camera setup, consisting of a 12MP main camera, 12MP ultra-wide, and a 64MP telephoto camera. Located to the right of the camera layout is a small flash module, and unlike the Ultra variant, there is no laser autofocus or similar technology on either model.

Again, like the previous leaks, Weinbach also suggests that Samsung will debut these devices on January 14, 2021. From the looks of it, we are likely to receive even more Galaxy S21 series leaks as the supposed date approaches. launch. And just like its other flagships before this, unless the Korean brand has been keeping a well-kept secret regarding phones, there isn’t much else left in store to surprise us if these leaks turn out to be accurate.
