Apple announced the iPhone 12 series of devices and the lack of a power charger in the box. It is understandable that it is not a measure that is welcomed by all. Naturally, its main competitor in the phone market, Samsung, criticizes this fact on Facebook.

Specifically, Samsung Caribbean’s Facebook page made a post with a text saying that Galaxy devices still have chargers in the box. The post goes on to point out other advantages that Galaxy phones have over the iPhone 12.
That’s all well and good, but many still remember that the company did something similar back in the day. Specifically, in 2016, when Apple announced the iPhone 7 without the 3.5mm audio jack. Samsung made similar hits with a video to that effect, only it removed the thing from the Samsung Galaxy Note 10 itself.
Not only has there been a precedent, but there has also been a report that the Korean tech giant plans to do so. The report itself first appeared in July. Of course, the report also states that those plans have not been finalized and not all phones will lose their chargers. But the decision could affect phones released next year.
Don’t worry, we don’t leave anything out of the box with it. # Mi10TPro. pic.twitter.com/ToqIjfVEQX

Of course, Samsung isn’t the only one stacking Apple. Xiaomi also has a post on Twitter to that effect, with the Mi 10T Pro. Which is ironic and hypocritical, as the phone doesn’t come with headphones despite having a USB-C to 3.5mm adapter. At least, the unit we have in our hands did not.
