PAS MP’s apology for biblical comments is a non-apology, says Christian Federation

The Christian Federation of Malaysia (CFM) has expressed dismay that there was no “sincere and complete” apology from Pasir Puteh’s deputy, Dr. Nik Muhammad Zawawi Nik Salleh, for his comments that the Bible was distorted and altered.

CFM President Archbishop Julian Leow Beng Kim said it is disappointing that more than two months after disparaging Holy Scripture, the PAS lawmaker was unable to sincerely apologize for his terrible and baseless accusation about the Bible.
