ParkCity Group’s Park Place over 86% sold

KUALA LUMPUR (Sept 28): Park Place in Desa ParkCity Township by ParkCity Group saw an acceptance rate of more than 86% during its priority sales event last weekend.

“We are pleased that Park Place has received an overwhelming response from the market. We have continued to listen to our customers and loyalists to satisfy their needs and wants. With the current market and the value proposition of Park Place, the prices are really attractive ”, says its CEO, Datuk Joseph Lau, in a press release.

Located on a 4.55 acre freehold parcel, the RM770 million condo development will have 537 units. The building is between 1109 and 4047 square feet with two to four bedrooms.

There will be five types of units for individual homebuyers, young couples, and growing families. Types A, B, C and D are priced between RM900,000 and RM2.2 million, while Type E, with limited five-duplex units, starts from RM2.9 million.

Facilities to be offered at the 54-story Park Place include a gym, barbecue area, children’s pool and an Olympic-size infinity pool, which will be located on Level 8.

On levels 41 and 42, there will be a 20,000 square foot Sky Garden. It is designed as an extension of the home that provides spaces for work, relaxation, learning and social coexistence.

The Sky Garden will be divided into two sections: Active Hall and Passive Hall. The first is a space where one discovers or creates new experiences by socializing, having family gatherings and watching movies. The latter is for activities such as tutoring, drawing, reading, and private office meetings; a space where one goes to solitude or to the memory of their thoughts.

Scheduled for completion in 2024, Park Place is located between Central Park and the upcoming Town Square Park. The development is also within walking distance of The Waterfront, a shopping mall and Plaza Arkadia.
