PUTRAJAYA (Bernama): The Internal Revenue Board (LHDN) says it will resume normal hours of operation of tax service counters and tax service centers (RSC) at all its facilities starting Tuesday (September 1).
The LHDN said in a statement on Monday (August 31) that the hours of operation for the tax service counters at all IRB branches across the country, except Kedah, Kelantan, Terengganu and Johor, are Monday through Friday. from 8 am to 5 pm.
For Kedah, Kelantan, Terengganu and Johor, the hours of operation are from 8 am to 5 pm Sunday through Wednesday, and from 8 am to 3:30 pm on Thursday.
“RSC’s hours of operation for stamp duty and general tax advisory services in states other than Kedah, Kelantan, Terengganu and Johor, are Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM.
“Meanwhile, in Kedah, Kelantan, Terengganu and Johor, the doorbell services at RSC are Sunday through Thursday from 8 AM to 5 PM, and for general advice on tax services, the counters will be open Sunday through Wednesday from 8 am to 5 pm and Thursdays from 8 am to 3.30 pm, ”he said.
