MLD Entertainment has drawn attention to a recent case of illegally manipulated photos of MOMOLAND’s Nancy circulating on social media platforms and online.
On January 11, the company issued an official statement explaining the incident and announcing its plans to take forceful legal action against the original author, as well as against all those who participated in the dissemination of the photos.
They also commented on Nancy’s current condition saying, “Nancy is going through a lot of emotional turmoil.”

Hi. This is MLD Entertainment.
Illegally manipulated photos of Nancy have recently circulated on social media platforms and online.
Nancy is the victim of photographs taken and manipulated in an inappropriate way. The person who must protect herself first and foremost is Nancy. We ask for your cooperation with great regret.
The police and judicial authorities abroad will join us in taking forceful legal action against the first person who published the photos, as well as against the people who participated in the dissemination of the photos. Through a legal representative, we will also file civil and criminal lawsuits for compensation of damages based on the violation of the Law on Special Cases of Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes, which circulates material considered pornographic by the Law on the Promotion of Information and Communications. Use of the network and protection of information, etc., and the violation of personal rights.
Currently, Nancy is experiencing serious emotional turmoil. We sincerely ask you. We long for the end of malicious posts that harass our artist.
