Manchester United are reportedly looking for a move for Real Madrid midfielder Federico Valverde, with Paul Pogba being a potential weight in any deal.
A report in Sun states that the Red Devils They’ve been monitoring the 22-year-old’s incredible rise and putting him on the transfer wish list.
The midfielder has made his way into the LaLiga giant’s team this season. His performances have led him to become one of the best in Europe in the coming years.

And with Pogba openly admitting that he likes the idea of moving to Real Madrid in the future, Sun claims United is keeping an eye on Valverde in case a trade is possible.
Valverde has a buyout clause of £ 640 million. However, an offer of that magnitude wouldn’t be needed to activate it.
The report adds that it would be unusual for United to sign a player from a major European rival at their age. But Pogba can play an important role in a possible transfer.
United Trigger Pogba Extension
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer confirmed on Friday that United had activated the one-year extension on Pogba’s contract.
His contract ended at the end of this season. But United has avoided a scenario where he can walk away for nothing in 2021.
Solskjaer said, before the win over Newcastle: “Paul is our player, he will be here another two years and for sure he is focused on doing the best for us and we want to see the best of Paul. I am sure that in the coming years we will get the best out of him. “
Last week the France international flirted with Real again, admitting: “Yes, all footballers would like to play for Real Madrid.
“Maybe it’s a dream. It’s a dream to me, why not one day? Like I said, I am at Manchester United and I like my club.
“I am performing for Manchester United, I am having fun. I want to do everything possible so that the club gets back where it deserves.
“I’m going to give my best, like my teammates. I prefer to focus on football and get back in shape ”.
