United has been strongly linked with the 21-year-old, but now they can face competition.
As reported by Le 10 Sport, Jurgen Klopp wants to sign the midfielder, who could cost £ 50 million.

Soumare was Newcastle’s subject of interest in January, but that move did not materialize as he wants to play for a team that is higher in the league.
Real Madrid has also been associated with Soumare, who represents France at the U21 level.
