A DEFENSE attorney in the Rosmah Mansor corruption trial today accused the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission of being selective and malicious in prosecuting her.

Lawyer Akberdin Abdul Kadir, who is questioning final prosecution witness Noornabilah Mohd Aziman, an investigative officer at the MACC, alleged that the anti-bribery body targeted only Rosmah because it did not press charges against others who solicited and received bribes from Jepak Holding Sdn Bhd.
